What Scott Lawrence doesn't like about Rachel's Mediterranean Grill:
This Rachel's location has the worst quality of food compared to any others I have visited. We may have been spoiled by the Buffalo locations, but this one needs to make some changes. The rice was uncooked, the portions were very small, and the fryer was often out of order. Unfortunately, we do not plan on returning to this location, even though it is the closest to us. read moreThe latest location of Rachel's presents a disappointing experience, with inconsistent food quality and service. While some patrons enjoyed their dishes, complaints of uncooked rice and cold meat marred the visit for others. Additionally, issues like broken fryers and lack of essential ingredients have left disappointing impressions. Communication lapses about closures and product availability further exacerbate the frustration. Although a few diners found satisfaction in their meals, the overall sentiment suggests a need for significant improvements. With dwindling ratings, it remains to be seen if the management will address these pressing concerns to regain customer trust.
