I was surprised to see this place had an average of only two stars because I've heard good things from other friends. I didn't have any issues with their customer service; however, my friend and I were the only people there (we visited on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch). This Rachel's location has the worst quality of food compared to any others I have visited. We may have been spoiled by the Buffalo locations, but this one needs to make some changes. The rice was uncooked, the portions were very small, and the fryer was often out of order. Unfortunately, we do not plan on returning to this location, even though it is the closest to us. Once upon a time, a Caucasian woman said she enjoys Mediterranean cuisine, but prefers it to be less spicy and flavorful. This is Rachel's origin story.
We went to get lunch today and discovered that the restaurant is closed for remodeling. It would have been helpful to know this before we checked if they were open.
