Starbucks - Pittsfield

Waited about 10minutes for an iced Chai and 1 order of egg bites. The Chai was done quick. The egg bites took way too long and when they were done the rude girl there just threw them on the counter and walked away without calling a name or anything. She seemed more interested in talking to people in the lobby than doing her job

I went with my 2 year old granddaughter and spent $25.00 on drinks and food for my son and I. I asked to purchase a water with a few freeze dried strawberries in it. I have done this in many other Starbucks across the country after learning about it in a mommy and me fb page. Usually I am charged anywhere from 50 to 80 cents for the strawberries. This location refused to do it and wanted to charge me the full price of a tea.. $5.00. I refused to pay that. I had a very sad little girl ?

I stopped in this Starbucks with a friend on a Sunday morning after staying at a nearby hotel for a Tanglewood concert the night before. I noticed lots of boxes to be unpacked near the entrance which was not attractive. I've never seen this at a Starbucks before. The young lady who took my order spoke very quietly and was wearing a mask which made it harder for me hear her. I appreciate her wearing the mask, but you gotta speak louder to be heard when wearing one! My drink was perfect. No complaints there! :

Had the worse time there. I order online. I show up and my drink has this weird lid. I ask for the normal one they give it to me and a little straw. The little straw doesn't work to small. No big ones. Try to out the lid back on the thing explodes and no one helps me. They just stare. Never going back there.
