Empire Pizza - Pittsfield

Rude, unpleasant, disrespectful, discourteous, seemingly intentionally obtuse and unhelpful waitress/order taker. When I went to pick up my order she wasn't paying attention since she was having a personal conversation with someone in her earbud. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not present. Then after saying how they're going to lose a good customer she claimed it wouldn't be the first time that happened to the current management. Food is decent just was very turned off being treated that way after being a consistent customer.

I love the way they calmly change my delivery address every time I put it in wrong for online orders. Great service

Absolutely horrible. I will never order from them again. The driver showed up and didn't give me the main course so my wife called them back. Then the driver called and argued that he had given us everything. Then I called back myself and told the lady that he called and argued with my wife. Then he called back still arguing that we had the food and was coming back to check. As I walked outside I looked down the street to see my food all over the ground so I started to call back as he was driving down the street. He saw it then saw me and sped off. I called them a fourth time and they then agreed to remake my food after arguing with me about a 15 dollar meal. My food finally came at 7pm. Absolutely horrible service. Never again never. Call me a lier just to find out that you left it on your car and drive away.

What a great costume. Food was amazing pizzas we are delicious with a beautiful crust on in. Places it is always busy so call before time. Best pizzas and dinners in town.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful, and the prices are very affordable. The staff is attentive and quick to respond. Overall, it is a pleasant and lovely place to dine. Highly recommend checking it out!
