It's alright, but not my top choice for Dunkin'. They lack consistency with their caramel frozen drinks—sometimes they're good, and other times they're not. Additionally, their iced coffee often tastes burnt. On the positive side, you usually don't have to wait long for your order.

I was just in the drive-thru at Dunkin' when a woman inside started yelling at two employees, claiming she was their boss and demanding they listen to her. She wasn’t dressed for work—just shorts and a tank top—so I hope she was a random, intoxicated customer. If that intense brunette is actually your manager, Dunkin' might want to reconsider its management decisions. No one on your staff deserves to be treated that way, especially given the menu options they work hard to serve.

My experience at Dunkin' started off slowly. The employees were rude and indifferent when I received my order. Both of my orders were incorrect, and when I addressed the issue, the female shift leader was very unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility or assist in resolving the problem. She also mentioned that there would be no supervisor available at this Dunkin' location for the next three days. The menu options were overshadowed by poor customer service.

On weekends, the wait at the drive-thru is usually quite long, often taking 15 to 20 minutes, which unfortunately caused me to leave without placing an order. Aside from that, I haven’t had any problems with my orders. It would be great if they could provide some gluten-free options!

It appears that every time I go to this location, there's an issue with my coffee order. I specifically requested five sugars and cream, but I ended up getting it without any sugar. Is counting really that hard?
