Additionally, their iced coffee often tastes burnt. On the positive side, you usually don't have to wait long for your order.

She wasn’t dressed for work—just shorts and a tank top—so I hope she was a random, intoxicated customer. If that intense brunette is actually your manager, Dunkin' might want to reconsider its management decisions. No one on your staff deserves to be treated that way, especially given the menu options they work hard to serve.

Both of my orders were incorrect, and when I addressed the issue, the female shift leader was very unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility or assist in resolving the problem. She also mentioned that there would be no supervisor available at this Dunkin' location for the next three days. The menu options were overshadowed by poor customer service.
