Store was short staffed for volume of business. Attendents asked us to wait while they finished a large order. Rather then take orders of customers in the order they came in they allowed new customers to place their orders first. After complaining they completed the orders out of order not finishing the original first customers first but new arrivals. Poor poor customer service View all feedback.

The staff seem a little unfriendly at this particular location. Not a very welcoming atmosphere. Didn't like answering questions about the menu. Not sure if it's standard for the chain but this was my impression of Elm St. Service was prompt, and food quality was high end of average. Really good bread. Tasted very fresh.

Weekly stop! Parking: Never had a problem Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, door is level to the walkway.
