After a difficult stretch after the pandemic it seems like this particular Wendy's has bounced back. I stopped for lunch and the drive thru line was short, the food was decent and the server was very nice. The fries weren't the best but my Berger was good. Not a bad option for a quick bite to eat. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I ordered a couple of sandwiches, and my experience was less than impressive. The staff seemed distracted, playing on their phones. Meanwhile, another couple appeared frustrated with their manager and didn’t seem eager to assist them. They requested a refund and were made to wait without any help. Food was cold. I ordered 10 spicy they gave me 5 spicy and r regular. Fries were uneatable.
When this Wendy's decides to, it's the best one in the area! Today, everything was fresh and hot, and the order was completely accurate.
The restaurant did not adhere to my request to leave off the mayo. Additionally, they didn't provide the correct size of fries or include the Baconator fries that I ordered for an extra charge.
I always enjoy Wendy's food, but today I received a chocolate Frosty instead of the pumpkin spice one I ordered, and instead of a chocolate chip cookie, I got an oatmeal cookie. It really changes the vibe of the meal.
I didnt receive an entire biggie bag and the first biggie bag that did show up didnt have the chicken nuggets in it This was very disappointing and absolutely appalling service I dont even know why I do this anymore I should have just used Uber eats or GrubHub at this point
