Overall, fantastic food, and very kind staff. My favorites are the bento meals, since they offer a great variety and are always very comforting and delicious. Food is prepared in real time near the front, always fun to watch the skill of the chefs. Thewhole restaurant has a great ambience, with plants and handwritten menus on the walls. My favorite place in Pittsburgh.

I visited TW Kitchen on its soft opening day. They offered samples of Taiwanese pork potage, fried wontons, tossed noodles, and fried rice. The Taiwanese pork potage stood out as especially delicious and full of flavor.
