TGI FRIDAYS - Robinson - Feedback

Was Sydnee Herman at TGI FRIDAYS - Robinson a mag?
Six of us went for a light dinner after a show. We shared appetizers, all of which were super! My brother had a salad (arugula, red and yellow beets, pistachios and creme fraiche) which he declared the best he'd ever eaten. Very pleasant, welcoming and helpful staff. The only thing missing was a glass of wine and a few beers... it's BYO, which we didn't realize. View all feedback.
What Петак Одавић dislikes about TGI FRIDAYS - Robinson:
The service was terrible. Ordnet soup and a duck. The soup took out forever and that. The meal came out immediately. I asked for butter for my broccoli several times. Wait for drinks refills. Restaurant wasn't even busy. Can't imagine how it would be if it was busy. View all feedback.

Uncomfortable seating, not enough space between sitting and table
Live atmosphere, must see the baseball game on TV. eating was standard Fridays, which is generally good. the service on robinson Friday was usually not as good as other Fridays in the opposite. that is still the case: many hostes standing around and looking like they wouldn't do much, our waitress always seemed too busy for us as if we were a bit annoying. not for the first time. I think they should hire more server and less hosts. we probably go back, but we prefer the service on Friday on the mcknight road.
Friday's is a fun go-to for my family but we found when we went with a group that includes vegetarians, the menu options are extremely limited, more so than most current restaurants. I don't think I can return there if any members of my party prefer eating vegetarian.
Great food (love their fry sauce) but the selling point of this place is their happy hour.
The Thea restaurant offers a first-class dining experience with impeccable service, beautiful decor, and delicious food made with local and fresh ingredients. Highly recommended and BYOB, it is a must-visit spot. On the other hand, Friday's provides a lively atmosphere with standard but satisfying food. However, the service at the location on Robinson left something to be desired, with slow drink refills and seeming understaffed. Overall, a good option but possibly better service at other Friday's locations.
