The new ordering devices were malfunctioning, and the woman at the counter was quite unprofessional. However, the young woman preparing the food was very courteous.
Always a delightful experience! You have the option to order your meal the traditional way at the counter with the cashier, or you can quickly place an order at the kiosk, which is super easy. The staff is consistently friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The food is fresh and served hot, and I rarely have to wait long. I find myself coming here a few times a week!
I have tried several times to give this location a second (and third) chance, but every time something significant is missing from my order. Several months ago it was the egg from my breakfast sandwich. Today it was the chicken from my salad. Reallyfrustrating and the food is already overpriced so without the protein it's even more ridiculous. And if you try to get moneyback, etc., Panera customer service is a joke. They'll leave you on hold for so long you'll eventually give up. If you doget through, they'll tell you that they're adding rewards to your card to make up for the mistake, but then they never addthem. So I'm officially done with this place.
My stars are for Ryan making the food because he was pretty nice, but the two ladies at the counter were unbelievably rude and clueless and deserve no stars. I asked what was in a Green Passion smoothie and she kept impatiently screaming ?it?s green tea?at me. Finally, I said the smoothie is made from green tea? And she said ?oh no?, then took a few mins to find it in the system, then couldn?t get the blender to work. There were a few other annoying incidents with my sandwich and overall my experience waspretty poor. For the prices they charge at this place the customer service is a real shame.
