Nanban - Pittsburgh

I have the Shio wheels. pretty disappointed. broth was overwhelming. noodles were underused. black bell was okay, not worth $14. I expected ki ramen.

Nanban Asian Soul Food restaurant in Lawrenceville. This dish just blew me away. Gochujang Drumsticks with Biscuits and Tonkotsu Gravy I switched out the drumsticks for a Chicken Breast). This was one of the tastiest meals I have ever had. I can't wait to get back. Carry On Nanban!!

I was really excited to try this place because I loved Ki Ramen. When we got there the staff was more interested in being on their phone then paying attention to my fiancé and I ordering. Then when the food came out the chicken breast was so over cooked it was like jerky. Then we both got bao buns and they were both cold and stale and the chicken in mine was the size of basically a quarter. I was very disappointed. Based on the other reviews I may have just went on an off day for the staff but this was a terrible experience.

Great place for good Asisn fusion comfort food. Their Ramen is excellent. They fried chicken is excellent as well. Took the family their and even with a limited staff the service was very good and food was very good as well. Well worth the stop by.

This is an awesome place. It's the people who ran Ki Pollo and Ki Ramen under one roof. The customer service is amazing and the people are patient. The food was good. The ramen was delish. I got the shoyu ramen and it lacked salt. The shio ramen broth was perfect. ? I will be back to try some new stuff. The menu is very large.
