**Restaurant Review: KFC Experience—A Mixed Bag**
Visiting this KFC location offers a rollercoaster of experiences. While some patrons rave about friendly cashiers and speedy service, others lament abysmal customer service and order inaccuracies. Complaints frequently mention inadequate staffing and unprofessional behavior, with customers feeling ignored and frustrated. However, a few employees stand out for their exceptional service, providing a silver lining amidst the chaos. Cleanliness appears consistent, but the overall management and employee attitude leave much to be desired. For diners seeking simple, reliable fast food, this KFC might warrant further consideration, though expectations should be managed accordingly.

This KFC has the worst customer service in the area! This is the second time I've personally experienced poor service and their won't be a third. I tried to order a 16 pc bucket last night at 8:25 in the evening and was told they didn't have enough chicken to accommodate my order. When I said I'd wait for it, I was told by whoever was running the drive thru, that they were not cooking any more chicken because the cook was done for the night. FYI the store closes at 10:30! If you have the gas keep driving, you'll thank yourself...the attitudes and aggravation is so not worth the price of the chicken!
Quick Summery, they got everything wrong. Again. I ordered from DoorDash last night, 8 extra crispy chicken, a chicken bowl (No corn), and a large mashed potato with gravy for an early New Years party. What arrived was 6 normal chicken, chicken bowl (withcorn), and a small mashed potato without gravy. Look, I understand that it's annoying. I ordered something kinda large, 45 minbefore closing, I've worked at kfc before. But when someone spends $50 on a single fast food order, at least one thing should beright in said order.
This place is a complete dumpster fire, like every fast food restaurant on Rodi road. It?s always nice to walk into a business and stand at the counter and be completely ignored by the entire staff. There was a ?young lady? behind the counter who wasdressed like she was about to go clubbing cursing up a storm(full on profanity) because she was upset at either a drive throughpatron or another ?employee?; that was much more important than, you know, helping a customer. I know these places attract thebottom of the barrel when it comes to employees but, good lord, what an awful place this location is. Whoever owns it shouldclose it down.
