I arrived at 2:55 PM and was left wondering if we should have gone somewhere else, since it was evident that the staff didn't want to take our business. As soon as I approached the man behind the counter, I mentioned that I just wanted a bagel. I ordered and paid, but when I saw him huffing and puffing while preparing my bagel, I asked if it was toasted. He said no, they couldn’t do that at this late hour. I felt he should have informed me upfront that they couldn’t accommodate it since we were arriving just before closing. Afterward, I went home and opened my bagel only to find one side smeared with something and the other side dry and cold—what a disappointing experience. The two girls working there seemed friendly, but the man was quite rude.

The bagels were delicious, and the coffee was decent, although it was a bit watered down. Unfortunately, the staff seemed quite unhappy, which made the experience unpleasant. I ordered online and didn't receive any confirmation, which was concerning. Yikes!

I'm sorry I had one of the laughing most terrible bagel sandwiches in my whole life here. Bagel textur was all wrong, large underripened discs of tomats that I had to lose, and flimped bacon.

Bagels were fine but when my $29 order was ready I asked for one pack of jelly. The guy rudely said next time you need to order that when you place your order. There won't be a next time thank you.
