Dunkin' - Pittsburgh

This Dunkin is the only one close to my new job and the food and drinks are very good. Worker got an attitude with me though because I pulled up to the speaker and she told me “wait a minute I’ll be right with you” and so I waited and then she yelled at me and said are you ready yet like I only waited because you said wait. She obviously meant to talk to the person at the window but it was no fault of my own. Be more patient with customers please . I will give it another shot though .

Always good. Do wish they made more French Crollers because they seem to always run out by the time I can get there. Oh well, that's on me.Seriously though. Keep up the good work.

Easily the worst Dunkin I’ve been to in years. I keep going back thinking maybe this time it will be different.. no matter what time of day, the coffee is bad and the food is

This Dunkin is in the most convenient spot for commuters to work in downtown Pittsburgh except their coffee is so INCONSISTENT! My iced coffee will have 2-5 cubes in it MAYBE some days and others too much. The coffee tastes stale like it's been sitting at the bottom of the container all day, it's just never good. I should order my coffee that costs 6$ and hope that it tastes good today, It's very upsetting because the people there are so nice but the coffee isn't at all! I used to go every single day on my way to work but I stopped because I would just end up throwing the coffee away once I got to work because I couldn't stomach swallowing it! Please please better your products because I really wanna enjoy this Dunkin again!

I did not read the reviews before ordering my food on the DD app (rookie mistake but I wasn't near my normal Dunkin. The reviews said the line took a long time and it definitely was a longer wait than I have waited for other Dunkin's. However when I did get to the window the employee was super nice and my order was correct.
