The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance. The small plates are fantastic. If you're a cheese lover, you'll thoroughly enjoy the selections and information provided here. The cheese plate was served by a knowledgeable "cheese coach" who led us through a fun and educational experience. There are also great options for meat lovers at this establishment.

The restaurant has a very trendy and modern interior design. The food was a little expensive, as anticipated. If you love wine and cheese, this is the perfect place for you. The staff is very well-informed about their cheeses. I recommend everyone to try it at least once.

Small menu mostly featuring cheese and cheese-included dishes. It's a bit hard to avoid dairy, if you need to, but just be prepared beforehand. All the dishes my party had were all very good, but standouts were the Pigs Ass sandwich, the Mac Cheese, and the peppadew appetizer. The wine list was surprisingly good, with most bottles in the $50-$70 range. Sadly, the service was inattentive at best, other than our water refills, which were frequent and plentiful.

The food at this restaurant is incredible, especially the cheeses. The service was a bit slow, but still good. Keep in mind that this is a no-tipping establishment, so the service may be different than what you're used to. The restaurant is a bit hard to spot from the road, so if you think you missed it, make sure to turn back because it's there. Plus, there is convenient parking just around the corner.
