Incredible food. One of the best restaurants in the Bay Area for fusion food. Unmatched flavor and creativity. However, unless you have an hour or more to spare, I wouldn't order here. They are not quick by any stretch. Ideally, you realize you want Blue Saigon about an hour before it's time to eat.
Food is great , lemonade is great . Have patience if ordering a lot of food . They cook it fresh . But definitely worth the wait. Great people also
