I was in the area for volunteer work and I knew I have to make a quick detour to grab something from Blue Saigon. I ordered their garlic noodles with candy fried wings. The wings were amazing! I love the flavor and the crispy texture! The meat came off the bone easily. The garlic noodles was just right. This is definitely worth the trip if you're in the area... or even an hour-ish away!
We got the California fries with shaking beef candy prawns no green onions, and candy fried chicken with garlic noodles. So much flavor and cooked perfectly!
I can't believe I have never been to this place!! I wanted to try something new and went to Blue Saigon. The candy chicken wings are THE BOMB!! BBQ pulled pork fries are amazing.. the Lumpia and dipping sauce makes you not want to share because it's so good! Lol The wait that everyone refers to is correct... it's about 25 minutes but the order was perfect and delicious!!! Definitely will be back!!!!
Blue Saigon in Venetian Hotel was awesome! Wings were cooked perfectly and garlic noodles were on point.
