I love Arby’s and I realize this was the night before thanksgiving. But I arrived at 9PM to the doors locked even though the sign and google says 11PM. The gentleman for the drive through was very nice and patient. But I ordered a large brisket sandwich has sauce only on one side of the sandwich and although I ordered a large the fries would be a medium at best. A mix of older cold fries throughout. Wish they would let you pick up orders via the app thru the drive thru! I typically have my baby in the car with me and it sucks I have to get us all out just to grab the food.It's not like they have a bunch of customers... it's like these businesses want to close...smh
Just had the best experience ever!! Carla was amazing. I don’t think I’ve had customer service this good ever. And the guy that brought my food out to me was just as kind. Thank you!!
Drive thru, the guy acted like he couldn't hear...daughter had to repeat herself...order was still wrong.
