What Raymundo Kris doesn't like about Austin Fish & Chips:
I just moved to Pitt meadows and was craving fish and chips so we ordered 4 pieces of halibut. It was so over done and dry that I am not sure if we will be back to try it again. As the choice of fish was the best and at the ends almost tasted like jerkey. It did not seem fresh at all. View all feedback. What Neal Renner likes about Austin Fish & Chips:
I mainly pick up food here on the way home from work. From a fish and chip perspective the food is good, plentiful and reasonably priced. My kids who are not big fans of fish tuck into the cod or the halibut with no questions asked. For myself...its an occasional treat, as lets face it...not healthy fare. If you are picking up...have your own tartar sauce on hand rather than purchase. View all feedback.

read moreAustins Fish and Chips in Pitt Meadows offers a variety of fish choices, from halibut to ling cod to pollock, all cooked to perfection. The portions are generous and the prices are fair. The batter is light and not overly thick, and the fries are crispy on the outside and just right on the inside. The coleslaw is tasty but could use a more generous portion. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is friendly, and the deep-fried oreo cookies and pickles are a fun throwback to the 70s. Transport yourself to a west coast fish and chips experience at Austins.
