They brought half-ra... read more This is my first time writing a negative review. Disgusting place. Food: we ordered igloo and trout baked in foil, with tomatoes and basil. They brought half-raw fish, there was no basil at all. The country-style potatoes were bitter. Service: waiting for the waiter was an impossible task, despite the fact that there were only 4 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. I had to go to the bar counter and ask for the unfinished dish to be taken away. Of course no apologies. Zero customer focus. The waiter is a gloomy girl, banging dishes and chairs as if in a very bad cafeteria. However, she is not the only one, the entire staff present is an example of how one should not behave when working in the service sector, especially in a restaurant. Location and interior: view from the open veranda and from the hall inside, the interior on which someone once worked is the only “achievement” of this establishment. It is problematic to be on the veranda during the day, the small roof compartment does not protect from the sun, and there is no awning that could be used for the comfort of visitors. As a restaurant, Amshyn is not wealthy. It’s always nice to pay for quality service and the pleasure of eating tasty, beautiful and safe food. This is a payment for pleasure and comfort. In this case, it is not just a waste of your time and money, but an unpleasant feeling of deception and a desire to leave as soon as possible.
