Service was good. It was a take away order and I placed the order about prior. It was kept ready by the time I came to the outlet which was about I believe this might be a peak time for them but they got it ready and I was satisfied with the service given Food was also of the expected quality which we expect from Pizza Hut. What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut Katugastota:
Do not recommend Bake rice with chicken . It was overcooked and burned. rice and vegetables were sticking to the plate. and the best part is that staff says its normal. View all feedback.

Superb place. Not much crowded. They have a car park with plenty of space in the back yard. Please enter car park only you believe in your driving and vehicle becase you have to climbe.
Very close to Katugasthota and a very good place to visit with your family. They offer the same service as the other outlets. They have a parking spaces but too far. Normal waiting period is there and the service is good. Staff is friendly.
Grear customer service. They have regulsrs promotions, pffers and discounts
Delivery experience is great. Not sure about the dine-in. But, Pizza hut Kandy is great place to Dine-In. So, I assume Katugasstota would be the same.
