La Fenice - PISTOIA

ATOMIC. Not a simple pizzeria, but a real experience. The staff is very kind and welcoming, available in advising the most undecided customers (given the variety of pizzas and also other proposals). We tried the pizza uramaki with burrata, courgette cream and fried courgette chips, what can I say, they were crazy. Then we had two real pizzas: Marinara with stracciatella, wild garlic pesto and caper flowers and Rosso di Mare with tuna, crusco pepper, buffalo mozzarella: both excellent! Soft dough, melts in the mouth, really digestible, you can feel that the ingredients are of high quality. We didn't get to try the desserts but they were really tempting. We will certainly return and really recommend a lunch/dinner at La Fenice because it is truly worth it.

The pizza did not meet my expectations, the first one burned and then it was made again, the dough was very hard, the rush of the staff for the next shift made me anxious, I don't think I will go back

Con degli amici abbiamo voluto provare questa pizzeria. Posto molto carino e ben arredato, servizio veloce e molto cordiale. Abbiamo ovviamente provato gli antipasti e devo dire molto buoni, ma ci aspettavamo qualcosina in più. Le pizze abbiamo preso l'impasto verace, ottima e soprattutto leggera e morbida. Tutti ottimi prodotti Prezzi sopra la media

E da tanto che volevamo venire ma grazie ad una amica siamo riusciti a prenotare ed è stato proprio una sorpresa grazie veramente la pizza buonissima e anche i sushi di pizza sono incredibili ma anche i dolci non scherzano
