You get really gourmet Peruvian cuisine beautifully presented at a very reasonable price. I found myself served overwhelmed by the amount of food. It was a fight to end everything on my plate... but I worked very hard because the food is just delicious! One of my favorite dishes at Cafe Chali was the Ceviche. I also had potatoes with ahi sauce and other dishes that were fabulous. Your lunch menu changes daily and they have a fixed dinner menu that offers sandwiches, desserts and various drinks. The Cafe Chali is not located in the main area of Plaza de Armas, but it is located on a side street, but it is worth finding the Cafe Chali, and at least enjoy the best coffee Pisco. And if you have a coffee, you have to try the desserts. Chali, the owner, makes himself daily. Absolutely delicious!
