I do not recommend going to Panda Express. Happy China is far superior to Panda Express. Their orange chicken is delicious, with freshly cooked and crispy pieces smothered in a caramelized tangy sauce that is simply amazing. Happy China offers the best Chinese food. View all feedback. I ordered 20 Buffalo wings for my family to enjoy while watching college football on 8/9/23. The restaurant told me the order would be ready in 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 30 minutes. When I arrived to pick up the order, the staff member had to shout to the kitchen to start preparing it. When I got home, I was shocked to see that the wings were either burnt or dried out.
