What User doesn't like about Mullu Cafe:
I ate here because of vegetarian options. Quinoa soup with vegetables was mainly broth and very very few vegetables. I was still hungry so I ordered the vegetable pie. The pie was very dry with thick inedible crust and dry boiled potato on the side. Really disappointed and expensive. Will not eat here again... View all feedback.

Our first meal in Peru was here. We ate relatively light to help adjust to the altitude and went for soup and juices -- all were absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the quinoa soup. I had it several more times in Peru, and I think the best was here. Great staff and a cozy alt-ish vibe. Great place to stop for a snack or meal!
Mullu is a typical alternative-style eatery. The first floor has lots of cool art, and the upstairs is set up so you can either sit at a table, out on the patio, or on pillows on the floor. The patio offers a great view of the main plaza. The food here is pretty good. They offer a wide variety, including many vegetarian and Asian-inspired options. They also have great juice and smoothies.I got the quinoa stew, which is made with pumpkin, fava beans, and cheese- lots of authentic Andean ingredients! It's really yummy. Funnily enough, I had the exact same dish here when I visited Pisac 10 years ago, so I guess the menu doesn't change much!
Tried several dishes and wasn't impressed Alpaca was stiff, chicken was dry and their signature dish was too salty.
This place is excellent! If you are doing a tour of the Sacred Valley do yourself a favor and skip the mass tourist feed, cut loose and head to Mullu. Right on the main square and marketplace. You won't be disappointed. The app of nori ahi was very nice to start. With real seaweed with little balls of wasabi and nice fish, accompanied with two dipping sauces. The Aji de Gallina, a traditional Peruvian dish, was absolutely Delicious! Rich and filling just amazing. Great friendly service too! Great place!
