Unfortunately I didn't get his name, it was in the evening. The food is always fresh and well prepared. There are good vegetarian and vegan options, so it is a great place for everyone. Unfortunately, I was unable to give 5 stars as the app does not allow if the place is not completely vegan or vegetarian.
