Dinner in this charming family-run restaurant, with an informal atmosphere enough to enjoy the meal in complete tranquility. Celere service, great food! And above all, for the first time the staff of a restaurant in Pisa is happy to meet with so much concern to my vegetarian/vegana being! The eggplant parmesan with soy milk was a bomb! Even my boy, absolutely omnivorous, had desire to try it and announced satisfied! They brought us an appetizer of mixed croutons abundantly so that we could try it all, with creative alternatives that tease the palate, for example humus of curcuma chickpeas and red radicchio sauce. The frying of potatoes and pasteled zucchini with rice flour, an authentic revelation: crispy out, very soft inside, drops you down that you don't even notice. Even the really good desserts: I do not love tiramisù and I did not take it, but I saw my friends extremely satisfied and my Sicilian lemon ice cream was perfect, with the creamy texture of ice cream and the intense flavor of a sorbetto! Last butt, the husband offered us a limoncello and a digestive bitter. All the bitters are Calabrian, according to him the best, and I can only confirm... nothing to do with industrial bitters: intense and persistent flavor of herbs, the alcoholic part did not bother me (and I usually suffer). All another level in short, in front of honest prices (among other things he did even a little discount); anyway, that money deserves them all! Quality must be rewarded and valued. It is seen that the managers are committed to satisfy the adventurous at the best, all round. We will definitely come back! And as soon as you can, you too: let yourself be pampered, you will not regret it!
Very nice and clean premises. We ate croutons and a meat cutter and follow cacio and pepper and cut with rocket and grain. Fresh ingredients and delicious dishes. The owners very hospitable and kind . Fast and precise service.

Janluca to the stoves is a guarantee, eaten well, well maintained and warm; a small environment, but the stomach remains well satisfied.
Great, we went with reservation the fork all based on fish great food, stocks and chef sympathomissimi we were satisfied that we will definitely return.
Chef giannini is a guarantee. the dishes are genuine and with products of excellent quality. the quantity is satisfying and does not go to the detriment of the aesthetics of the implantation. easy to find parking nearby.
At first sight and perhaps for its position, you have the feeling of a mediocre structure, but as you approach you you realize the details and you understand that you are in the right place. the kitchen at sight offers that credibility that does not spoil and the rest makes it the food of great quality and cooked with doviziosa professionalism. amel the waitress who first recommended us and then served was attentive to every detail in addition to being courteous, professional and smiling. What to say, a beautiful evening and a high quality dinner. recommended.

I shopped some chilli sin carne, a pumpkin muffin and apple dessert to go and everything was totally delicious. So happy to find a vegan place while travelling in Pisa. The guy at Gingerlab wanted to tell me about the ingredients (in Italian) but I was fine, I knew it would be great! Which it was. Recommended!
My husband and I just happened to come upon Ginger Lab while talking a walk. We were wondering what we would eat for dinner, and this little restaurant with its deli counter filled with a large variety of different dishes, pulled us in. The owner and his lovey co-coworker explain the variety of food on display. Everything looked delicious, and since it was a deli, we could choose a little of everything. We loved it all. Unfortunately, we were to full to try the desserts. We left them for another day.
Small vegetarian takeaway with some tables to eat in. Hard to find but well worth persevering. No signs outside just a few tables and chairs. Delightful surprise when going inside as there is an excellent choice of tasty dishes to choose from. All are freshly made with organic ingredients. Even the beer is organic... excellent. The 2 of us spent around 23 euros for 4 portions, beer water and dessert and coffee. Good quality and value.
Crostini, fresh anchovies spaghetti, mussels, tempura vegetables and grilled vegetables ... all great... very kind owners
We popped in here this morning hoping to get a coffee and quick snack after a long car journey, before then walking up to the leaning tower (a ten minute walk away). The door was wide open, so we assumed it was open for business. My kids headed straight for the toilet, but before they reached it, a little man with ginger hair appeared and told us to get out, as if we were stray dogs. It seems the place was closed .. we were supposed to know that somehow. Rather than just saying sorry, we 're closed , the man spoke to me as if I was a piece of muck on the bottom of his shoe. Personally, I wouldn 't trust a place under management with that attitude to provide satisfactory goods and service, they clearly have a disdain for the general public. Patronising and aggressive; find somewhere with some positive vibe and ambience, it 's not a place to enjoy a holiday stop, vegan or not!
