Located in the heart of Pisa, it offers excellent quality food, adequate service and a decent atmosphere.
Very welcoming place and excellent beer, we only drank so I can't comment on the food
The pizza was delicious, the staff were very friendly, the only flaw in my opinion was the music being too loud which, adding to the din of the place, prevented us from communicating with our fellow diners.
Good place for a pizza, I tried that, German specialties and obviously rivers of beer..... fast and precise service.
I really want to leave a super positive review for Dabbe: they're always extremely efficient, and for me, it's still the best pizzeria in Pisa, not to mention their burgers, which are fantastic! I always order pizza from them, but the fact that it's delicious isn't the only reason I continue to choose them. The staff is always very diligent: I've never received a wrong or incomplete order, and most importantly, they've never been late. They're always punctual! Last night, I happened to place an order but, by mistake, selected pickup instead of home delivery. At the scheduled time, they contacted me asking where I was, since it was listed as pickup at the pizzeria. Even though it was my mistake, they immediately offered to deliver the pizza to my home, and it arrived hot and just 10 minutes after I called. I must say, they demonstrate an efficiency and customer service that is hard to find these days. I will definitely continue to order from them with great pleasure!

I recently dined at this restaurant with three friends, having made a reservation through TheFork. We opted for outdoor seating, considering the pleasant weather. The special menu for the October Fest caught our attention, and we decided to order two mixed meat grills and two items from the promotion menu. While the overall food quality was good, we encountered a concerning issue with the mixed meat grill. The pork ribs served were completely undercooked, with visible traces of raw, dripping blood. Understandably, this raised health concerns, as consuming such undercooked meat can pose severe risks, including hepatitis and other illnesses. We promptly notified the waitstaff about the issue, even though they initially seemed unaware of the potential health hazard. The meat was taken back to the kitchen, only to return still undercooked on the second attempt. Regrettably, we had to forgo consuming it altogether. When it came time to settle the bill, we shared our disappointing experience with the manager. To their credit, the manager acknowledged the problem and offered a 10 Euro discount on the total bill, which amounted to 130 Euros. However, it was disheartening to learn that the manager had no prior knowledge of the issue we encountered. Despite this unfortunate incident, it's worth mentioning that the other dishes we ordered were delicious. However, when dining at a restaurant primarily known for serving meat, prioritizing food safety should be paramount. In summary, our evening at this restaurant had its ups and downs. While the food was mostly enjoyable, the severe oversight in preparing the meat left us with concerns about the restaurant's commitment to food safety. We hope this issue is addressed promptly to ensure the well-being of future diners.

Decided to have classic pizzas all fine. Overall the food and beverages were a good quality. I feel I should have gone with a Bavarian speciality. So much choice! Outside tables were a bit close for my personal liking so a little noisy at times. I’d go back, really friendly servers and my wife and I felt welcomed.

Always the best
We've been there a few times to watch some football games and we're planning to go there regularly. The owner is very friendly and you can also request specific games to be shown (Within the Sky Italia subscription). They have lots of different beers and also smaller beer brands especially from Germany. The pizza is really good there too. I haven't tried but seen the German labeled food and it looks good, but to be honest it is not really authentic.

One of my most popular pizzeria here in Pisa! Great value, many choices (burgers, steaks, pizza, beer) and warm interior! A kiss from the chef! The pizza I have eaten is simply wonderful, full of flavors, truffles and BACON!!! Probably my only problem is that, as there are many things up when I take a bit of my pizza, all the blows fall and immediately turns into a margarita! But it's not a complaint and I wish my problems are so easy as to make sure to go by and have a pizza here!!!
