Sucks to have to order through an AI speaker at the drive through. No company should ever do this, there's a ton of room for error! Let me speak to a damn human being. They also only gave me one BBQ sauce for 3 chicken strips that were pretty big. And we ordered 2 large fries and 1 medium fry and only received 1 large fry and 2 mediums, and one of my bacon burgers were supposed to be plain and was not. I blame the AI speaker
I don't think the issues I experienced were entirely the workers' fault, as these problems have occurred twice now with different staff members. It seems like they are trained to take food orders (aside from using the computer) and handle payments before retrieving food from online orders, which should already be prepared. They informed me that they had run out of food, meaning not everything on the menu was available. Waiting 45 minutes for my food was very frustrating, and it will be a long time before I consider returning. If they want to succeed, they need to hire more employees and remove the single line for in-house customers. I ended up stuck in that line anyway, and if I had known it would take 45 minutes, I would have chosen a different place!
The restaurant seemed to be understaffed, but the staff did their best and were very friendly. They have an automated ordering system, which felt a bit odd. The parking situation was chaotic. I was instructed to pull around and asked if I should park in a handicap space since I would have blocked the exit. I was told yes, but this led to some disagreements with other customers who felt I was being rude and inconsiderate.
I hadn't eaten at Rally's in over two years, but today I stopped by the drive-through on my way home from work and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the food was just as I remembered. I absolutely love their unique French fries, and they were served hot and fresh.
Although the location is run down probably from being so old the women that were working Sunday afternoon. 3/11/24 were so very nice! They weren't super busy at the time so I waited a minute for fresh food. Totally worth it! I gave the atmosphere 3 starts because it could probably use spruced up. This has nothing to do with the workers more to do with the company.
