It's quite a drive for us to get there, so it’s frustrating to pay for a combo and not get the cookies. My kids were really looking forward to them. Thanks, KFC, for reminding me that sometimes it's the little things that matter to children.

She explai... read more I placed a takeout order, and when I arrived to pick it up, the manager—who was very kind—asked if I could wait three minutes for some fresh chicken. She explained that the chicken in my order wasn't up to her standards. I really appreciated her dedication to providing quality food instead of giving me something below par. She even offered to refund part of my order, but I assured her that I was happy to wait. In the end, she gave me an extra side as a courtesy. It's evident that KFC has an excellent manager. Thank you!

I repeated my order three ti... read more The sign says "fried to order," but I have to say that's not true. My chicken and my son's chicken were fried at least an hour ago. I repeated my order three times, yet I never received my wife's pot pie. The macaroni and cheese was dry, making me wonder how long it had been sitting out. If I had come around 2 or 3 PM, I could understand the lower quality due to the lunch rush, but I visited at noon, so I don't know why the food was below the usual standard. I gave three stars because sometimes the food is good and they usually don't forget orders.
