I repeated my order three ti... read more The sign says "fried to order," but I have to say that's not true. My chicken and my son's chicken were fried at least an hour ago. I repeated my order three times, yet I never received my wife's pot pie. The macaroni and cheese was dry, making me wonder how long it had been sitting out. If I had come around 2 or 3 PM, I could understand the lower quality due to the lunch rush, but I visited at noon, so I don't know why the food was below the usual standard. I gave three stars because sometimes the food is good and they usually don't forget orders.

It's quite a drive for us to get... read more I ordered two meals, but we didn’t receive any cookies, which disappointed my kids. Also, my drinks weren't filled to the top. It's quite a drive for us to get there, so it’s frustrating to pay for a combo and not get the cookies. My kids were really looking forward to them. Thanks, KFC, for reminding me that sometimes it's the little things that matter to children.
