What Robert Horton doesn't like about Kfc:
The sign says fried to order. I'm going to say that's a huge lie. My chicken and my sons chicken was fried no sooner than an hour ago. I gave my order 3 times yet I did not receive my wife's pot pie. My macaroni and cheese was dry... making me wonderhow long it was actually sitting there. I called in an order and when I got here to pick it up, the manager herself, very nice woman asked if I minded waiting 3 minutes on fresh chicken because the chicken that was put in my order was “not presentable in her opinion.” And I just greatly appreciate not being given nasty chicken. Even offered to refund some on my order. I told her it was completely fine and ended up giving me an extra side anyways. KFC obviously has a kick ass manager. Thank you!
Just not worth the price anymore. Tenders meal up $3 from the last time.
I ordered two meals did not get no cookies so my kids were upset. And my drinks weren't full. Where we live it's quite a drive to go there in the first place. You pay for a combo to not get cookies. Yeah my kids are thrilled. Thanks KFC just understandsometimes it's the little things the kids are looking for.
