The best thing about eating at Arby's is you get exacwhat you want for a low low cost and the service is excellent and the diet coke was great. Thank you Arby's for an excellent stop on the road to home.

Need to always check your order before leaving. I ordered a prime rib sandwich and fries yet somehow the employee heard Classic Beef and cheddar because that's what I ended up with. Curly fries were old or stale.

I often have issues with my orders at Arby's. I decided to try the new wings, which are actually quite tasty, but they came with way too much sauce. I specifically asked for a light sauce, and the staff assured me they could accommodate that. However, when I got my wings, they were covered in even more sauce than before. I checked the receipt, and it only said "ask me," with no mention of my light sauce request. It seems like either the wings are pre-made and they can't control the sauce, or the staff member didn’t know how to properly input the order into the system. Either way, this indicates a lack of training. Good job, Arby's—I'll be avoiding the wings in the future and likely won’t be back anytime soon.

We visit Arby's frequently and usually have a decent experience, but tonight was different. The girl at the front seemed distracted, leaning on her arms and playing on her phone, which led to her missing half of my order. When I pointed it out after receiving my receipt, she didn't respond, and I had to get back in line. My family finished eating long before I even got my food. She also forgot the cheese on my Beef 'n Cheddar. On a positive note, the girl working at the bagging station was working hard to keep the orders straight.

During my visit to this Arby's on 6/15/22, the credit card machine wasn't working, and out of all the orders they prepared, mine wasn’t correct at the drive-through. The employee at the window argued with me, saying it wasn’t their fault. I’m visiting from out of town, and this location does not meet the usual standards I expect from an Arby's franchise. In fact, I tried coming here a week earlier, but the lobby was still closed. Really disappointing.
