Went in to get a bag of chips and there was no one around! The 2 people in front of us walked out! Almost 10 minutes of us coming into the store, using the restroom and grabbing a bag of chips and waiting, a kid walks around from the back, gets on the phone, enters stuff on the touch screen while another man walks out from the back and watches! I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and the staff seemed irritated to be there, as well as annoyed by my presence when I walked in. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 and the atmosphere a 1.
I went in to grab a bag of chips, but I couldn't find anyone to help me! The two customers ahead of me ended up leaving in frustration. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting, using the restroom, and trying to get my chips, a kid finally came out from the back, answered a phone call, and started entering information on the touch screen. Meanwhile, another man strolled out from the back and just stood there watching. It might be more efficient if one person managed the register while the other focused on food preparation! Meal type: Other.
I visited Casey's and made a purchase, but when I handed over a $100 bill, the cashier reacted with an eye-roll and an attitude. This experience gave me terrible service at the North Casey's on August 4, 2023, around 6:30 PM.
Got 4 pizzas and a bread sticks. The bread sticks were flat. The Taco pizza lacked chips and lettuce. (Past date) The BBQ Chicken had banana peppers which is standard -them over the phone (it 's not, check your app) They gave a replacement BBQ. The supreme and meat galore were okay. As a former Casey 's worker... Get your ish together. Service: Take out
Came in and there was no heat. The workers had to work in very cold conditions. With cold conditions outside it was almost the same inside as it was outside. As a large company you’d think they’d be able to have heat for their workers!
