Absolute sight. The restaurant is worth a visit just because of its flair and appearance! The owners are very friendly and speak English and French. The food came quickly, looked stunning and tasted amazing. In addition, the portions were very large. The dishes are mostly made from local products. The lunches were priced between €16 and €28. The mousse au chocolate for €9 was also to die for and the espresso for €1.5 was also very good. The restaurant was recommended to us by the travel guide and we can pass on this recommendation.

It is a small restaurant, surrounded by nature, located at the top of a mountain, with ample parking for hiking departures. All the meals offered are homemade and with local products, a real delight

The Auberge located at an altitude of 1100 m is a true hidden gem in the heart of Balagne. Perched between two valleys, it offers a breathtaking view of Île Rousse on one side and the majestic Corsican mountains on the other. As soon as we arrived, we were transported into a warm and welcoming Alpine chalet atmosphere. The cuisine is typically Corsican and entirely homemade, which makes each dish even tastier. The bread, wine and desserts are simply excellent. It is an unmissable address for anyone visiting the region. I highly recommend stopping here to enjoy an authentic dining experience in an idyllic setting. A great discovery in Balagne!

For lunch alongside fields of lavender and Corsican everlastings. Little choice on the menu but good food. On the other hand, I blame the water in the carafe which was cloudy…. I had to order a Saint George bottle instead. Otherwise good service. Excellent coffee Homemade Corsican cakes

Advised with closed eyes. The waitress is very welcoming, attentive and the chef in the kitchen is top notch. Lamb sauté with mint sauce and chard cannelloni with brocciu. Very very good all on the terrace. A very moment.thank you
