T... read more First of all, spectacular setting. Close to Alba, but set in the rolling vineyards above. If you get there early, they have a nice enoteca for tasting/buying. Their Roero Arneis, their flagship white, is great. Given that the estate is owned by a family well known in the textile/fashion industry, the decor inside is impeccable and chic. Then the food...wow. They offer various tasting menus (truffles, sea, land... . We opted for truffles and were brought 5-6 courses of amazingly presented, delicious dishes. To top it off, a series of fantastic desserts. If you want a creative, fresh approach to Piedmont dishes, this is the place. No wonder they just earned a Michelin star.
