Was Scubatoo at 21.9 a mag?
Dinners aren 't usually great value at these kinds of establishments, but at 21.9 the 'value ' was absolutely awesome (we had the Land and Truffle menus). Also, love it when a restaurant allows guests to choose different set menus. I wish there were more guests, 21.9 really deserves that. Awesome location, beautiful property, and really good food/wine. starry kitchen in a suggestive location. experience to repeat, both for the high-level dinner (formable cream of zucchini and cuttlefish,) and for the refined atmosphere of the terrace on the vineyards, and for the overnight stay in super comfortable suites. Cozy location, very nice, in a magnificent setting. I did not know the kitchen of the chef flavio (that is more than deserved) and we were upset by the goths, combinations, composition and coloring of the dishes. very young staff, prepared and sure of their own means, drunk a high langa and a sweet product from carretta seal .
Exceptional culinary experience, personally I think the chef costs you deserve amply all ns. I would like to thank the rapporteur for his excellent report. lovely place both inside and outside (spacious rooms) and despite being the only guests of the hotel for that night, we found all the well heated structure and we were greeted in person by the chef who besides being very good in the kitchen is also a nice and cozy landlord. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast room. we promised to return with the good season.
It is worth visiting 21.9 in every sense .high quality dishes, fine wines , sommelier and staff of prepared room, available and competent as well as the chef who has stopped to exchange two words to which our thanks go for the excellent degotation of the menu of land.to return surely.
