What Raymond Burrell doesn't like about Panda Express:
Because I watch them put food on the plates, then take some of it off ,I bought a bucket of orange chicken, and when I got home I wasn't full 2inch below the top not cool for the price, that's why I rather go to the richmond store View all feedback.

My favorite panda, the rice is the best, in others it tastes burnt
1/9/24 This location ran out of mushroom chicken and kung pao chicken.
