She's open to suggestions, incredibly helpful, and has cultivated a wonderful atmosphere where everyone can learn and enjoy themselves. She was especially helpful to my daughter. The book selection is fantastic, and they can always special order anything needed for enjoyable trips. The coffee was exceptional and stayed warm until the very last drop. It's a great place to be!
