Chicken Treat - PINJARRA

This is not a large portion of fries! I ordered for delivery, and now I can't get through to you to address the mistake!

I ordered a combo that included two cheeseburgers with fries and chicken, but I received two burgers without any cheese. How can you mess that up when it's right in the name? And don't even get me started on the tiny amount of ketchup in the burgers!

When I asked if I could have juice instead of water, the staff member snapped that they didn't have any. I said that was fine. I then requested to swap the vanilla cheesecake for a chocolate mousse so that all the kids would have the same dessert, and I was told they had given me what they had available and that they were out of chocolate mousse. This would be understandable if it were a one-time issue, but it's actually happened the last four times we've visited. There seems to be no customer service at all, and the staff often appear annoyed when answering questions.
