Dunkin' - Pingree Grove

Truthfully if you can make the drive to the Dunkin in Gilberts it is far superior. You'll always be waiting forever in the drive thru and if you go inside it's not any better. Clearly disorganized and short staffed. Takes forever to get a simple black coffee. Avoid especially if you are remotely in a hurry because it will take at least 15 minutes to get through the drive thru if you are lucky

I've given this location several chances and they keep messing things up. I often get the wrong order and don't realize it until I am home. The staff do not seem knowledgeable. I've seen employees drop things on the floor and then add them back to the clean piles. Last time I was there three out of the five employees we're just playing games on their phones. The service is very slow.

15 min wait for the worst ice coffee I’ve ever had , tasted burnt or old

This has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve been to and their lack of customer service. I wanted a frozen coffee drink and was told they cannot make them?!?!? They are always out of stock and never ready for business.

No chocolate French crullers. So got a chocolate long John. Very dry and bland.
