Its always correct on the screen but not in the bag.... read more We eat at this taco bell 2 or 3 times a week and everytime our order is either missing something or wrong. Its always correct on the screen but not in the bag. We understand mistakes happen but every time? The food was the best it's been in a while todaybut they left out our nacho cheese for our chips so we threw the chips away. Last time they left a chalupa out and so on.

Just went through the drive thru to order food, dining room was closed. I was with a friend so we told them we had 2 separate orders, gave our orders and then p... read more Just went through the drive thru to order food, dining room was closed. I was with a friend so we told them we had 2 separate orders, gave our orders and then proceeded to pay at the window. I paid first for my order and was given my food and card back,next my friend got his food and then was told have a great day. Stunned my friend said I havent paid yet and he was then toldits okay and closed the window. I immediately checked my bank card transactions and I was charged twice, once for mine and againfor my friends food. We were on break from work so I didn't have time to argue or try and fix the issue. I will be back afterwork to get this fixed, I will not return to this location until they hire people with a brain. Rather than admit he made amistake he was okay with charging me for both orders.

They had a hard night because of a concert but after waiting in line for over 15 minutes they closed 10 minutes early and I had to beg them to at least sell me a drink. Asked if I could get some nachos sincethey said they were out of everything else and they refused. I appreciate they were ready to go home and they had been slammedbut they could have planned better knowing the concert was that night and this happens every time the track has an event thatends late. There were at least 10 cars behind me also.

We were... read more My husband and I stopped here late Saturday night, around 11pm. The drive thru line was packed, I barely had room to get off the road and into the line. We were expecting a long wait, but the line moved super fast considering how late and busy it was! Thestaff were incredibly friendly!! Being out of towners, we weren't sure what to expect from the Bristol Motor Speedway area...but we will definitely be coming back for more late night munchies on our next visit!

Old Review If this one was closer to home, I'd only go to this location. Always on the ball and always super friendly.But... The sweet tea is always way too sweet so i had them do half and half with unsweet thinking it would help. Nope just asbad, I could only imagine how the sweet alone taste. Shew. Please tone down the sugar in the tea.
