When it was time for delivery, everything went smoothly. Boone Lake Marina exceeded my expectations with both the establishment and the training I received when picking up my new boat. I was particularly pleased with how they showed me essential skills for when I'm out on the water, as well as what to avoid while selecting our boat. A big thank you to Burhl, Deavon, and Jerry for their support. I'm looking forward to many wonderful years with my family using our new boat. If you’re in the market for a boat, I highly recommend reaching out to these fantastic people—whether it's your first or last stop, give them a chance!

Have fun again with Boone Lake Marina! That was my third watercraft I bought from these guys in the last ten years and probably the most satisfying! I'm in sales and I'm calling many accounts throughout the Tri-Cities area, so I'm likely to be more aware of service and details than the average person. I had no negative thoughts or a complaint. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. The sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They did not pressure us into making a decision. After my wife and I made our decision they explained everything about the boat buying process with us. When our boat was ready for pickup they took us out on the water to be sure everything worked. I highly recommend this dealership for your watercraft needs.
