The pizza is awesome and the service is fantastic! The owner John is extremely friendly. We had a Build A Bear party in this mall and ordered a few pies for the girls after. John was so accommodating and appreciative. I would highly recommend this Sbarro because John goes above and beyond for you! And the pizza is delicious too!
This was my second time visiting, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. Manager John, who served me on both occasions, was attentive and sincerely connected with the customers, remembering the names of regulars. The atmosphere was charming, clearly showing his genuine care for every guest. I’ll definitely choose this as my go-to lunch spot whenever I’m in the area for work.
I really love this place, but I'm giving them 2 stars due to an issue with GrubHub. After spending $100, I earned a discount perk, but every time I tried to use it, the store either rejected my order or said they never received it. This happened three times. I reported the problem to GrubHub. Their strombolis and pizza are fantastic, so definitely give them a try if you're nearby—just avoid ordering with a perk, as your order will likely be canceled.
What really turned our stomachs was witnessing one of the staff members handling shredded cheese with his bare hands—no gloves at all! He then proceeded to cut a pizza, again without gloves, and touched the crust directly. You would think that to maintain sanitation protocols and minimize the risk of COVID exposure, they would be wearing gloves. We definitely won't be coming back here. I recommend steering clear of this place if you want to avoid potential food poisoning!
