He then proceeded to cut... read more What really turned our stomachs was witnessing one of the staff members handling shredded cheese with his bare hands—no gloves at all! He then proceeded to cut a pizza, again without gloves, and touched the crust directly. You would think that to maintain sanitation protocols and minimize the risk of COVID exposure, they would be wearing gloves. We definitely won't be coming back here. I recommend steering clear of this place if you want to avoid potential food poisoning!

The manager, John, who served me both times, was very engaging with the customers, greeting many of them by name, which suggests he knows his regulars well. The atmosphere was wonderful, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about each customer. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to lunch spot whenever I’m in the area for work.

This was my final visit to Sbarro at Carolina Place Mall. My husband really enjoys their spaghetti, but after today, we won't be returning. He ordered a small spaghetti and a tea, only to be informed by José that they no longer serve tea and that a small spaghetti is unavailable. Instead, he said my husband would need to order a large spaghetti combo with a slice or a large drink. Since my husband can't drink soda and there’s no tea option anymore, he opted to go somewhere else. José and his team were unhelpful. It seems like it’s all about the money for Sbarro. What difference does it make to accommodate a small spaghetti for an adult or child? José claimed this was a corporate decision regarding the tea, which is simply unacceptable!

I earned a perk discount with them after spending $100 and when I tried to use that perk that I earned the store rejected my order every time or said they didn't receive it. Thishappened 3 times. I reported them to GrubHub. They have awesome strombolis and pizza, so definitely try if you are there. Justdon't order because of a perk because they will cancel on you every time.
