Captain D's - Pineville

I hadn't visited a Captain D's in almost a year and a half, and after this recent visit, I wasn't overly impressed. While the staff were friendly, the food fell short of expectations. The fried fish was decent but seemed slightly undercooked and lacked the expected crispy batter. The tartar sauce, which was served in a squeeze bottle instead of the usual packets, had a strong onion taste that didn't quite hit the mark. Overall, the meal was just okay - not terrible, but not enough to leave me eager to return.

I would give the service a zero if I could, but unfortunately that's not an option. The manager, Mr. Rapworth, was incredibly rude and even talked back to us in a condescending manner. Doesn't he realize that good customer service is essential for staying in business, especially in this economy? Both he and the other woman working there were rude and unhelpful. That Captain D's has lost our business.

The rammer is generally good here. but my last visit, not so great. first they tell me that they are made from the slender garnelen amd offering the bite size. I was in order because I wanted to garnish them. what I wasn't happy is that they replaced the larger garnels for bite big garnel, but charged me the price of the smiling garnel. they also understated my fries with 4 hushpuppies. So you can tell me that there are no sniffing crimps, but can't be honest about fleing from? no best experience. when I go to captain d’s, it’s because I regret not that they replace my articles, run out of two articles, but just tell me about one. teust me when I say it would have been a better experience for me if they were honest to run out of two things instead of keeping it hush-hush and waiting for me to come home and find out about the riders. not cool.

Anyone gets long john silver is fast on the line! captain d tries no more. they have of the portion full-sized pieces of fish to comminuted fish strips, and of the portion chicken strips to chicken nuggets; all without advertising that they have changed to sell fish strips and chicken nuggets exclusively. I don't know if they have changed from one species of fish to another species, but they have to advertise the truth. as far as this is happening, the replacement big chicken stripes by tiny nuggets is simply inevitable. trifling restaurant!

Batter fried fish was very greasy, worst fish I ever had from a captain d’s, the order of okra was like 12 pieces, very sad.
