I've lost count of how many times I've enjoyed pho at Saigon Cafe. The broth is among the best I've tasted! I recently tried the banh mi as well, and it was fantastic. The bread was fresh, and the portions were generous. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5. The menu truly offers something special!
I ordered a pork bánh mì and it was genuinely the best I've had in the Charlotte area. Coming from Seattle, I’ve been craving the fresh flavors typical of this dish. The bread was soft yet toasty, the vegetables were fresh and crunchy, the pork was delectable, and the aioli was fantastic.
