That’s the point. Would NOT trust booking with this truck if you want someone reliable to show up.

I ordered the smoked pulled chi... read more I recently had the chance to try this BBQ at a food truck event for my job, and I had high hopes. Unfortunately, I was let down. I ordered the smoked pulled chicken plate, which came with smoked mac & cheese and smoked baked beans. To my surprise, none of the food on my plate had a smoked flavor. The mac & cheese was decent, but it was excessively oily; I used four napkins to soak up the surplus oil, and there was still quite a bit left. The baked beans were just average, and the pulled chicken tasted more like boiled chicken—completely lacking in flavor and seasoning. The small cup of BBQ sauce they provided wasn't even enough for the chicken. After waiting 30 minutes in the hot sun and paying $16 for this plate, I was really disappointed.
