Metro Diner - Pineville

Saturday at the last minute my husband, son, and I decided to go to Metro Diner for breakfast/brunch. I was in the mood for breakfast and couldn’t really decide what I wanted due to all the options available. I did something different and got some pancakes, I’m not a pancake eater and always order waffles. I must say I never had pancakes so fluffy and cooked to perfection. The portion was more then what I expected honestly. Towards the end I was struggling to finish my food. The atmosphere was good and our server was amazing! I wish I could remember her name but she stayed on top of everything and made sure throughout we had everything we needed/wanted. I for sure will be back and next time do the chicken and waffles with my mimosa on the side.

We went for brunch on Monday morning, the staffs welcomed and got a nice seat for the kids and us. We ordered to two kids menu and two for us. It was nice portion and we enjoyed the food and decor. Staffs were friendly and attentive, kept checking if we wanted coffee refill or need any more drinks or food. We enjoyed our brunch.

Really good food. Fantastic service. I had a croissant with bacon egg cheese and avocado with hashbrowns. It tasted great. The croissant was a little flat but tasted good. I also tried the special soup which was shrimp corn chowder. It was fantastic. Would totally return and would like to try lunch next time.

Absolutely love this place!! Whether you decide to dine in or get it through DoorDash, you will not be disappointed. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. Unlike many places, their take outs are packed so nicely and food arrives in tact and fresh. The service is amazing and the ambiance is fun. Would definitely come back!

Metro Diner continues to deliver!. Took my spouse for the first time and it was a win . For a fussy eater, she enjoyed her eggs, biscuit, pancakes, and bacon. The coffee was super good, and the Red Velvet pancakes is a done deal for me! Give them a try, you will enjoy it!
