the young man at the theke who took our order was nice. after we placed the order had problems finding a clean table to sit and enjoy our food. they need more employees to clean tables, so new customers can sit and enjoy their food. the food was tasty and the items we ordered from the hot menu arrived at good temperature. What User doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
This is one of the most rude places I have ever found for the brand and for a restaurant period! 2 times the cashier has had the rude attitude! The tables were dirty and covered with garbage. You will not get the chance to be rude again for my money! View all feedback.
Waited for my sandwich for 31 minutes. Did you say that it was just sitting there? Loved her the African American woman who worked on her back and complained. And see the Hispanic male with curly hair and hispanic females play around while I waited 31 minutes for my food
Extremely slow service I waited in line for 10 minutes and the line NEVER moved. I was behind 2 ladies who placed their order then the person who took their order comes out to do something in the dining area without taking any other orders. There was also a guy working behind the counter as well but he wasn?t taking any orders. Nothing was said like ?just a minute we?ll be right with you ?. So I left. Very unprofessional conduct from the staff
Worst McAllister I?ve ever been to. Wasted my money! They missed half of my order and the half that they gave me was still wrong and missed like half the things on the Sandwich. My Mac and cheese was also cold. Not only was them giving my food wrong but that place was not clean whatsoever, dirty. Along with true bad experience the person who took my order was so snappy! Doesn?t even deserve a star!
Went for lunch on a Saturday. First thing you see is covid guidelines (mask required). When going inside, hardly any of the guests wore a mask and none of the staff enforced this. I noticed in the kitchen at least one worker wearing her mask incorrectly (not covering the nose). It would be nice if all worked followed protocol for wearing masks, since it's a law in Mecklenburg County right now. The sweet tea was delicious and refreshing. You must ask to get a lemon in it. I ordered the chef salad and substituted the mixed greens for spinach. I chose thousand island for my dressing. The salad looked great; however, it was a miss for flavor. Since this is attached to a mall, I left my 2 month old in a stroller. It was incredibly difficult to find a good seat where I could keep the stroller open without blocking any paths.
The restaurant was cold. Otherwise I enjoyed my meal and half strawberry lemonade half sweet tea was delicious. Great customer service.
