The concept of having only one menu item at a time initially left me doubtful about the experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised! We arrived without knowing what the evening's offering was and ended up enjoying catfish accompanied by green beans and red beans and rice. Everything was delicious! The catfish was fresh and crispy, and all the sides were well-seasoned and tasted homemade. I’ll definitely stop by again on my way back from my next trip to Rush Springs to see what’s on the menu!

The meatloaf was full of flavor with the perfect glaze. The mashed potatoes disappeared quickly and who knew corn could be so tasty?We look forward to our next visit.
