Firehouse Subs Pineville

My mother came in in a hurry tonight and asked for a medium sub Combo with turkey, provolone cheese and tomatoes. And specifically asked for nothing else. (No sauces, no lettuce, nothing) Instead we got a sub with Ham, lettuce, and no cheese. To make matters weirder we got a recipe that claimed we order a Combo sub with Turkey... and nothing else. 2 stars cause they got the bread and tomatoes right; and we still got our selective soda and chips.

The staff was friendly, but the service was extremely slow. I waited over 30 minutes just to get my food, and unfortunately, the meal wasn't great. The cheese tasted artificial, almost like plastic, and I received a pickle even though I wasn't asked if I wanted one. The biggest issue was the wait time; it was frustratingly slow, even compared to other restaurants.

I placed my order and the cashier informed me that there would be a 20-minute wait because of online orders. I decided to go ahead and order anyway, and the cashier was very pleasant. I've never been let down by the service at this location, even when someone inadvertently picked up my order. They replaced it immediately. Well done!

Hook Ladder sub was very good. The Salad was nasty. The salad could have been forgiven if the manager had treated my wife like a valued customer. She told her that it looked just fine to her and didn 't see anything wrong with it. As a paying customer it was not appetizing at all. I 've been to this location often but no more. This franchise needs to consider some customer service training or a new manager. Sorry to sound harsh but there are to many options to go for lunch to dine at at one who doesn 't appreciate a customer.

Metro is okay, but Jersey Mike is usually my place. Today I decided to try something else. I often forget about Firehouse-idk, but I do. I haven't been here since I was a kid, but I remember enjoying the sandwiches. My favorite sandwich is ever an Italian, so I tried her version today, I was not disappointed. Everything tasted fresh from meat to bread. This location had a nice small area for outdoor seats, but I could not swim through too many flies crumbs around due to the whole garbage left by Trifling disrespectful customers SMH. The staff was politely friendly, the food was good.
