It was honestly the best Tuna Melt I've ever had. Hats off to you, Cindy! Thank you for being amazing.

I did hesitate a bit on the of stars because the girls up front need more training... read more The only reason I'm giving all 5 stars is because the food is good as normal. I did hesitate a bit on the of stars because the girls up front need more training and learn to own up to their mistakes. I called just before 5 on sept 22nd and put in my order for pickup. Upon arriving I learned that my order had not been put in. I asked the girls who else could've answered the phone and was told no one but the 2 young girls. Neither one owned up. I've been a server for 20+ years. I've made the mistake of accidentally not putting the order in. I have never once told my customer anything other than I'm sorry and it was my fault. I've been met with many different responses but most of the time it's positive and thanking me for owning it. These girls need to learn this.
